Making an Already Beautiful Effa ready for the Catwalk

Effa came in for a clean up and polish. Whilst I was doing my thing, this extremely pretty young lass told me she was about to take part in a beauty pagent organised by a local magazine.

Though already quite a stunner ,she had a slightly tilted front tooth and very slightly uneven smile and was concerned about the close up shots.

Of course I just had to I ask her if she’d like to make her smile absolutely flawless. To my great joy she said … ‘yes!!’

So we began the ever so easy task to make Effa ready for the pagent and give her a big dose in confidence.

It turned out that we went to the same school … St Mary’s in KL … though she is much, much, much my junior! It’s something about sharing an alma mater that makes one feel like ‘family’, don’t you think?

Anyway Effa soon had her perfect smile, and was ready for the pagent’s photographers. I told her to remember me in her acceptance speech if she won!!

Today Effa came n with photos of the pagent

… alas, she did not win but had the satisfaction of being one of the top 10 finalists.

To me, she already is a winner!
