What makes Klinik Pergigian Fauziah unique?

This evening I had a coaching session with my business Coach. We meet up twice a month for a coaching session which deals with bringing Klinik Pergigian Fauziah to yet another level as a world class dental clinic that specialises in giving people beautiful smiles every day.

So it was half way through this particular session that Jeevan asked me, “What makes you unique? What makes people come to you for their dental treatment and not the clinic down the street?” What (in marketing terms) is your Unique Selling Proposition?

Wow! That stopped me … what was it? I was reminded of my day today … I had done no less than three beautiful makeovers for a diverse set of patients!

There was En Zulkifli in the morning, who had come in for his regular scaling and check up. I did his scaling and chatted about how he’s been my patient for at least 10 years. I had done a makeover for his front teeth many years ago.

I finished the clean up and asked him about closing the gap in his lower teeth now. He said he had been meaning to do so. ” Yes, let’s do it now!”

And so half an hour later he had his beautiful smile and I was printing his ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos for his makeover album to take home!

He loved the new smile and laughed when I warned him that his wife may not notice it … the makeover album’s photos were photographic evidence of his transformation!

Then after the next patient, Nasrun came in. Nasrun works in the bank and had come in during his lunch break for a check up and to ask if I could make his crooked smile better!

He only had a few minutes as he had to give a presentation (he works in Corporate Banking, IT division) in a short while but wanted a makeover before the weekend!

I told him to come back at about 1:30 and by 2 pm, he’d have his beautiful transformed smile!

Nasrun went back up the lifts to his office, did his presentation and came back in ready for the magic wand.

Just before I started, he asked, “It really doesn’t hurt?” I laughed and shook my head 😉

I did not disappoint him evidently as he said with a laugh as he left the clinic at 2pm (as promised), “Doctor, I love you!” Yes, Nasrun I love my patients … each and every one of them, too!

I then had these two lovely ladies that I watched grow up, Aisyah and her sister Almaz. These two young ladies were now undergraduates in London. I have been their dentist since they were in primary school! … that is at least 15 years now.

They were back for their clean up and to check that their beautiful smiles stay beautiful!

What a delight it was to ask them about their lives in London and how they were coping with the rigors of studying abroad.

A few patients more and now it was Kalthom’s turn. She came in with Noraini, her colleague from work. I have been treating Noraini’s entire family for the past few years.

Kalthom was nervous as she hadn’t had a good experience with her former dentist but her friend was there to give her the moral support she needed!

Kalthom was so scared that she had waited months with her broken tooth … it was only when Noraini and other colleagues told her that we absolutely don’t hurt our patients that she made the appointment.

Kalthom needed a good clean up as the filling she had was so bad it actually had caused the swelling of her gums … they bled badly each time something rubbed against it!

It didn’t take more than half an hour … we were laughing and joking through out the whole process, Kalthom had no time to get scared.

Soon she was ready for the magic mirror …. she gave a delighted gasp as Noraini beamed at her.

As they said goodbye Kalthom said, “Doctor, I love you!”

Wow! Twice in one day!!! 😉

Klinik Pergigian Fauziah is insane and psychotically focused on creating an absolutely beautiful smile for every patient!

Today was a testimony of our uniqueness!

I absolutely love my job!
