New Clinic New Journey : Dr Sheril
Being in dilemma is one of the things that everyone will face at some part of their life. As for me, having to choose between working in the government or in private practice was really difficult. After serving in the Ministry of Health under the Oral Health Division, for more than three years, I thought I was in need of some changes. I was not feeling contented.
There was something … I couldn’t quite put my finger on it … I felt I was not in the right place at that time in my Life.
At that point, I began considering about going into private practice. I started exploring another way of serving people as a dental surgeon.
God knows what I am facing, so He had helped me in His own way. As I woke up one day, without a thought, I called up one of my colleague asking if there was any job opportunity in the dental clinic she was working in. Coincidentally, there was! I had called just at the right time. How amazing was that? It was like I am destined to be part of the Team in Klinik Pergigian Fauziah.
After the meeting with Dr Fauziah, I was really inspired by her. Her words and advice was something that I needed at that time. It gave me the courage that I never had previously. The courage to take the very first step towards changing the direction of my Life. Change for a betterment I would say.
Yes, I am somewhat taking a risk. The risk of not knowing what to expect, the risk of leaving my secure job in the government sector, but my instinct strongly told me that I am doing the right thing. I believe that I will get a lot of opportunities in this field and have success. I was no longer in a dilemma. Thank God.
Now that I have been part of the KPF Team for almost three months, I would say that my life has changed dramatically! In just 3 months, I have learned a lot from the Team, especially from Dr Fauziah herself. Not only had I learnt to become a better dentist, but she also has taught me to be a better person in my Life. Now, dedication to my patients is my main concern. To me, being able to communicate effectively with my patients and listen to their needs closely, have their preferences and concerns taken into account first … is the most important thing.
I always remind myself, everything that happens in our life happens for a reason. I now know why I am destined to be a team member of KPF, as it is a place to grow. It makes me feel more appreciated as an individual to be working in such a positive environment with the great work ethics and culture. Working together with an awesome team, I cherish the moments in my life more than ever!
Thank you Dr Fauziah.
Thanks KPF!
