APPRECIATION BLOG : DR. DINI

This was written by my patient after I have completed her request. Her request was simple, to close the gap that she had in between her 2 central incisors. She had braces done when she was younger and she did used her retainer after the orthodontic treatment. However , she lost her retainer few years ago and she noticed her teeth shifted and there was a gap in between her teeth.

It took me 1.5 hours to deliver her dream smile. To me, what I did was very simple and you could say, the usual. Deliver patient’s request with the best professional capability I have. Be it either easing their pain, or creating their dream smile. My only reward is when they are happy and satisfied with my treatment . That is enough to make me happy.

Futhermore when patient wrote a very lengthy, kind and sincere reviews, I felt very humble by it. Indeed I am flattered with all your compliments and kind words, but this is a reminder for me to keep giving my best in providing better service to all my patients.

I realized I won’t be able to do all this without the support from my team. From my support staff( DSAs and CMs) , my PIC , Dr. Nik, our GM, Dr. Shanaz who is the only male colleague in our branch I truly appreciate and thankful for them for being the best team I ever had.

Most of all, my huge gratitude goes to the one and only Dr. Fauziah for offering me to join Klinik Pergigian Fauziah team 12 years ago. I wouldn’t be able to do what I’m doing now if I didn’t take her offer at that time. For that , I thank you Dr. Fauziah.
