“I broke my tooth!!” : Dr Nik

It was a panic day for Mr Khairul.

His right central tooth suddenly fractured while he was having his meal! He searched for a dental clinic nearby and found us. He came in late in the evening when we were about to close the clinic. After a brief consultation on what can be done, Mr Khairul decided to do treatment with us. Lucky we had an empty appointment slot the next day so we booked him into the slot.

Seeing him on the next day, I took a radiograph of his teeth and went through long explanation on possible treatment options. It was a root treated tooth and the treatment was done many years ago. The ideal treatment for this tooth is to do a post crown , however since he is on a tight budget financially, we opted to put in a post and do composite resin build up for now.
